Notable changes vs stable v1.3.0: ipykernel 6.29.4 → 7.3.0 (upstream major, "potentially backwards incompatible" per upstream: PUB→XPUB, parent identity, threading), JupyterLab 4.5.6 → 4.6.1, Notebook 7.5.5 → 7.6.0. HTCondor IDTOKEN lifetime bumped to 7 days for long-running pods. Default Python 3 (IGWN) kernel is unchanged (CVMFS conda env, unaffected by the ipykernel bump). If notebooks that worked on v1.3.0 misbehave, please report to helpdesk.
